Performance mesin sangat berpengaruh pada hasil produksi, sehingga performance mesin harus selalu dalam kondisi yang optimal agar produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh setiap perusahaan. PT XYZ perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang otomotif, salah satu proses produksi yang dilakukan yaitu pembuatan Frame Chassis dengan menggunakan mesin Generator Hydraulic Riveter�pada mesin ini mengalami downtime dan breakdown yang paling banyak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Six Big Losses pada mesin, sehingga dapat diketahui kerugian terbesar yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin Generator Hidraulic Riveter. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) pada mesin Generator Hidraulic Riveter memiliki nilai rata rata 77.84% dan memiliki selisih yang cukup jauh dengan standar JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) yaitu 85%, Sedangkan jenis Losses yang dominan muncul adalah rework losses dengan nilai 11.10%
